MY 4 YEAR OLD

WHAT DO THESE TWO PICTURES HAVE IN COMMON, YOU WONDER! WELL, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING IN COMMON, BUT LEAVE IT TO MY LITTLE BOY TO THINK THEY SHOULD. I WOKE THIS MORNING TO THE SOUND OF AN UNEXPLAINABLE NOISE. I LAID FOR A BIT AND LISTENED, THEN I SAT UP AND THERE LAY ZACHARY ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO ME WITH SOMETHING IN HIS HAND. I SAID WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HE REPLIES 'NOTHING'. NOT THINKING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I LAY BACK DOWN AND THE NOISE BEGINS AGAIN. I SAT BACK UP AND ASKED AGAIN WHAT ARE YOU DOING AND I RECEIVE THE SAME REPLY. THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES AND I FINALLY SAID ZACHARY, YOU BETTER TELL ME WHAT YOU ARE DOING. STILL REFUSING TO TELL ME I SAID YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN TROUBLE FOR LYING YOU BETTER TELL ME! I FINALLY GOT AROUND TO ASKING WHAT HE WAS HOLDING (I DID NOT HAVE MY SECOND SET OF EYES ON SO I COULDN'T SEE WELL) HE EVEN TRIED TO DENY HAVING ANYTHING IN HIS HANDS. FINALLY, I PUT MY GLASSES ON AND I SEE THIS RAZOR IN ZACHARY'S HANDS. HE IS TAKING THE LID OFF IT, HIS PANT LEGS WERE RAISED AND HE WAS GOING TO SHAVE HIS LEGS. LET ME TELL YOU THIS MOTHER ABOUT HAD A FIT! THEN I STARTED SAYING TO MYSELF "WHY IN THE WORLD DIDN'T YOU GET UP THE FIRST TIME AND SEE WHAT HE HAD" THEN HORRIBLE THOUGHTS GO THROUGH MY HEAD ABOUT HOW HE COULD HAVE CUT HIS LEG OFF OR HIS FINGERS AND IT GOES ON AND ON. WELL, THAT HAS BEEN MY SCARE FOR THE DAY. YOU WONDER WHY I DON'T WANT THIS LITTLE FELLOW IN SCHOOL? HE WILL BE A RING LEADER OF A GANG KNOWING HIM!!!! OKAY, I'M EXAGGERATING A LITTLE....I'M QUITE SURE HE WILL PROBABLY BE THE LEADER TO TROUBLE. HE IS WAY TOO DARING! WELL, I AM GOING TO TRY TO CALM MY NERVES A BIT...WAIT I BETTER GO CHECK THAT BURGER AGAIN...THEN WE'LL SEE WHAT WE CAN GET DONE AROUND HERE. THANKS FOR PUTTING UP WITH MY RAMBLING! IF YOU'VE READ THIS FAR, YOU ARE DEFINITELY A TRUE FRIEND IN MY BOOK! OKAY, GOTTA RUN I HEAR ZACHARY CALLING FOR THE DOG AND HE IS SO GULLIBLE THAT HE RUNS RIGHT TO ZACHARY.........

PLEASE check his backpack each morning before school! He may be giving his own lessons to his classmates! LOL Ya gotta love him anyway! Especially when he tells me to divorce grandpa so he can marry ME! Melts my heart!

Well, we were planning on having some of these precious little things called children. And then.....we read this article. Thanks for sharing this funny story. The picture was great. I think that kids are worth it. They give you something to worry a little about and then laugh a little about, huh!? I think we will have some after all.

Grandma ~ Mommy will definitely be checking my back pack I'm sure. I'll try to be on my best behavior (whatever that is) at least for my 1st year of school.

Michael & Ruth Anne ~ I think it's just my little guy that does things like this because he knows we try to 'protect' him maybe a little too much but really you see why we have to don't ya! (Hee Hee)We really do love Zachary and would not trade him for anything...he is a VERY special boy. God has a special plan for him (hopefully I'm not too insane to enjoy the Plan also)

You MUST remember to teach about using good quality shave gel. That way, he won't get razor burn... :)
