Grandma's HOME

It is with a Rejoicing, yet, somewhat of a sad heart, I write today. Grandma Shipman (that would be Tony's Grandma)passed away last evening. We are rejoicing because she was a Christian and she is now in Heaven with Jesus and Grandpa (her husband whom she had missed deeply for almost 2 years). The human side of us is sad because she was such a wonderful grandmother! We wouldn't wish her back for the world. It makes us more determine to follow in her footsteps and some day we will see her, along with the MANY others gone before us, but MOST of all the ONE who gave His life for us. WHAT A DAY THAT WILL BE WHEN MY JESUS I SHALL SEE!!! Thank you grandma for your example! You will truly be missed...WE LOVE YOU!!

It was good to see you guys last night, however, we are sorry about your loss. I was thinking, we were together last Thursday evening and again this Thursday. What are we gonna do this Thursday??!!! Ha! I am noticing a pattern. We had a great time with you guys & your family last Thursday! It was a lot of fun. Your Mom is soooo special. I have gotten to know her so much better and have found that she is a very talented, loving, wise lady. I have a lot of respect for her! She is a special person. Oh, I better stop......this was supposed to be a comment about your blog, huh?! Have a great weekend!
Love,
Ruth Anne

Ruth Anne you and Michael are like family to us and your comments were beyond kind. You have that special talent of helping others to feel relaxed and valued in your presence. What a princess you ARE!
