Mother's Day Song

This was the song sang in church Sunday for us Mothers. It was very beautiful...as you will notice it is to the tune of Consider the Lilies
Consider Our Mothers
1. Consider the liles they don't toil nor spin
And there's not a king with more splendor than them
Consider our Mother's God's gift to all men
A masterpiece fashioned by His own Hand.
Chorus. We have a wonderful privilege today
If we have a Mother who loves us always
Like flowers in springtime, they bring fragrance and joy
To us they are treasures which can't be destroyed.
2. Mothers are special, like flowers in bloom
The fragrance they give is like sweet perfume
They always are pretty to those who love them
Like roses received from your closest friend.
3. Mothers like lilies are there in valleys
When were feeling down they help ease our grief
They seem to flourish when showered with praise
Like wild flowers sprouting after a rain
